We manage the entire production process in-house at our workshop in Barneveld. Skilled technicians are responsible for producing the meeting boxes, allowing us to fully customize them to your specifications. Additionally, our own installation team expertly installs the meeting boxes at your location, ensuring they are delivered ready for use.
Mercury: Two technicians come to the site and they both spend two days assembling the Mercury meeting box.
Mars: Two technicians come to the site and they both spend two days assembling the Mars meeting box.
Venus: Two technicians come to the site and they both spend two days assembling the Venus meeting box.
Neptune: Two technicians come to the site and they both spend three days assembling the Neptune meeting box.
Uranus: Two technicians come to the site and they both spend four days assembling the Uranus meeting box.
Saturn: Two technicians come to the site and they both spend four to five days assembling the Saturn meeting box.

We produce the meeting boxes entirely in-house, which means that anything is possible. You can choose a different layout, with more glass or solid walls. Additional power outlets and different colour options for the electrical fittings can also be selected. Other colour choices for the PET felt, carpet, and lighting are possible as well. The solid walls and frame can be delivered in any colour. We offer various options to further personalize the box, so you can execute the meeting box entirely according to your own taste and style.
Yes, our meeting boxes feature soundproof walls, ceiling, floor, and glass. These bottles are collected, cleaned, and processed into PET flakes, which are then spun into fibres and woven into panels that can be produced in any colour. Additionally, our profiles are made from recycled aluminium, which is lighter than other materials, helping to reduce transport loads and minimize CO2 emissions.

The meeting box can certainly be adapted to serve as a lactation room. Frosted windows provide sufficient privacy. The ventilation system ensures proper temperature and humidity control.
