The soundproofing features include a four-layer wall that consists of wood, insulation (13 mm, including a 3 mm rubber layer and 10 mm standard insulation), and PET felt made from recycled plastic bottles. The ceiling also has a three-layer construction with wood, 15 mm of standard insulation, and PET felt for added soundproofing.
