Completed project: meetingbox with glass walls in Eindhoven
Some projects start with a technical question, while others begin with a clear need. At Founded By All – Creative Business Hub in Eindhoven, it was the latter. In their lively workspace, filled with creative companies, there was a growing desire for a quiet area, a place to meet, make calls, or focus without losing the open character of the office.
The main challenge for this project was to create a space that offered privacy and peace while keeping the area bright and spacious. There was no room for a large meeting space or extensive renovations, which made a meetingbox the perfect solution.
Balancing functionality and design
Founded By All is not your average office environment. It is a vibrant hub where creative companies come together to collaborate, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. In such a dynamic setting, it is equally important to have a space that offers focus, calm, and privacy.
After discussing the requirements in detail, we designed a solution that met all needs. The answer lay in glass walls. By adding glass on both sides of the meetingbox, the structure remains visually connected to its surroundings while still providing the peace and quiet needed inside. The result is a subtle addition to the workspace, visible yet never intrusive.
The strength of a customizable meetingbox with glass walls

Customization can include various materials and finishes: clear glass for maximum openness, insulated glass for extra sound reduction, tinted glass for more privacy, or PET felt walls for a warm acoustic look. Dimensions, colors, and finishes can also be adapted to match the style of any workspace.
For Founded By All, we jointly selected a configuration that matched their way of working. The glass maintained visual connection, while the acoustic finish inside created a calm and focused atmosphere. The result is a functional and elegant acoustic workspace that blends seamlessly into the office, a place where ideas can grow without distraction.
Installation was plug and play. Because our meetingboxes are produced and assembled by our own team, no structural changes were needed. This makes them ideal for flexible environments like the Creative Business Hub, where spaces are often reconfigured or shared among multiple companies.
