That’s why we recently installed a special glass meeting box at Tesa in Hamburg, right in the middle of the factory hall. This spacious, transparent box provides employees with a quiet and comfortable place to meet or present, without losing the open character of the hall. The glass design also creates an accessible meeting spot for both staff and management. Furnishing an industrial hall: the Tesa Hamburg case

Tesa is an international manufacturer in the field of adhesive and bonding technology. Their products are used worldwide in various industries such as automotive, electronics, and packaging. Innovation, quality, and efficiency form the core of their business philosophy. Adding a meeting box was therefore a fitting investment for Tesa, fully aligned with the layout and functionality of their production hall.

The production environment in Hamburg is modern, spacious, and constantly in motion. In this dynamic setting, it was difficult to find a place where employees could meet quietly or conduct online meetings. The need for an enclosed, sound-reducing space in the middle of the hall was growing steadily.

A custom glass meeting box: the ideal solution for industrial halls

Entrance developed a large, glass meeting box that fits perfectly within Tesa’s industrial setting. Thanks to its transparent walls, the open and bright character of the hall is preserved, while inside the box a calm and focused atmosphere prevails.

This fully custom-designed box is equipped with:

acoustic walls for optimal sound insulation
integrated ventilation and lighting for a comfortable indoor climate
an additional mounting bracket for a TV or presentation screen
a design finish featuring the Tesa logo, fully in line with their corporate identity
a hard, durable floor finish instead of carpet—better resistant to impacts and wear, and easy to keep clean and hygienic in a production environment

Results: more focus, better efficiency, and a professional industrial workspace

Since the installation, employees at Tesa have noticed a clear improvement. The meeting box is used intensively for short discussions, online meetings, and brainstorming sessions. Thanks to its strategic location in the hall, communication is now faster and more efficient, without employees needing to walk to a separate office. The result: more focus, time savings, and a more professional appearance within the factory.
