Two new acoustic meeting rooms for Tesa Hamburg: a successful collaboration continued

After installing a glass meeting box last year, we once again had the opportunity to work for Tesa in Hamburg. Once again commissioned by Skepp – Dynamic Offices. For this new project, located in the middle of a dynamic production hall, we installed two new large meeting boxes: Neptune and Saturn. With this assignment, we are continuing the previous success and providing additional focus and an extra acoustic meeting rooms within the factory hall.

Growing need for extra acoustic meeting rooms

Tesa’s production hall is a busy and dynamic environment. The first meeting box we installed last year provided employees with a quiet and comfortable space for meetings, video calls, and collaboration. Due to the positive experiences, there was soon a need for additional spaces in the same style and quality.Through Skepp, a request was therefore made for two new boxes to expand the existing facilities.

Two large boxes in a recognizable style

We delivered two new, large meeting boxes. Both boxes fully match the design and appearance of the previously installed unit, creating one consistent look and feel throughout the hall.

The boxes feature:

• White finishing, matching the location and earlier box
• Glass elements for an open and bright appearance
• Tesa logos integrated into the walls
• Integrated TV brackets for presentations or video calls
• Spacious layout for team meetings and project discussions

Just like the first installation, these boxes were placed directly inside the production hall, allowing employees quick and central access to a quiet workspace.

Floor pod for safety and cable management

For this project, a custom-made floor pod was installed. This solution neatly and safely integrates floor power connections into the meeting box.

Advantages of this solution:

• No loose cables or wires
• Increased safety in a busy factory environment
• Clean, hygienic, and professional finish
• Direct connection to the existing floor installation

Since a standard cable trunking solution was not ideal at this location, the additional floor pod proved to be the right solution.

Result: more space for focus and collaboration

With the addition of Neptunus and Saturnus, Tesa now has multiple high-quality meeting and focus spaces in the middle of the production hall. The combination of acoustics, glass walls, and a clean finish creates a professional, functional, and future-proof solution.

We look back on another successful collaboration with Tesa and Skepp. This follow-up assignment confirms that our meeting boxes not only perform well, but are also scalable within industrial environments.
