Depending on the configuration, there are different control options, such as a simple on/off switch or a dimming solution. The simpler the controls, the less chance there is that lights will remain on unnecessarily. In addition, USB and USB-C connections are available, making the installation future-proof.
Targeted heating with compact and well-insulated spaces
An important but often underestimated advantage of a meeting pod is how it contributes to more efficient heating. Instead of heating an entire meeting room or office floor for a short meeting, a meeting pod allows you to warm only a small, defined space.
Our meeting pods are excellently insulated. High-quality walls and seals ensure that heat escapes very little. Once the pod is at the desired temperature, it stays warm for a long time without the heating system needing to continuously kick in. This significantly reduces energy consumption, especially for short or multiple meetings throughout the day. With a small electric heater, the space can reach a comfortable temperature in five minutes and remain warm for at least half an hour.

Demand-based ventilation
A sustainable office requires smart ventilation. That is why our office pods are equipped with an automatic ventilation system that operates based on CO₂ measurements. The sensor continuously monitors air quality and adjusts ventilation only when necessary. Green indicates good air quality with minimal ventilation. Orange indicates that extra ventilation is recommended. Red indicates that ventilation is automatically increased.
Because ventilation only ramps up at higher CO₂ levels, energy waste is prevented. Users can also set the threshold at which ventilation becomes more active, ensuring a balance between comfort and energy efficiency. The system works on an efficient ventilation principle, with fresh air blown in and old air expelled through the sides. This is more energy-efficient than older extraction systems and ensures consistent air quality inside the pod.
Low-energy and safe electrical systems
Despite lighting, ventilation, and power outlets, a meeting pod consumes very little energy. This makes the solution particularly interesting for organizations that want to reduce energy consumption while adding functionality. All electrical components are safely enclosed within the casing or behind the drive cover. The lighting operates on low voltage, which is both safe and energy-efficient. The pod is connected via a standard plug, so no major modifications to the building’s electrical installation are required.
